Why many people no longer go to church

The number may vary but the trend line is consistent: The Christian church is in decline. From church attendance to those who identify as Christian, all numbers are heading down. It has also been discovered that most of those who both no longer attend church at all and those who attend once in a while are youths and teenagers. Go through our streets on a Sunday morning and you will see everywhere filled with people, people who are supposed to be in the church.

Our leaders are blind, deaf and dumb

Because our leaders are blind, deaf and dumb, they have either been unable to find out the real cause of this consistent decline or maybe they have but do not want to admit it. In the place of the real cause of this problem, they have come up with all kinds of excuses for this decline. All they do in their excuses is blame members when in actual sense they are the ones to be blamed.

Our leaders are the cause

John C. Maxwell said in one of his books that everything rises and falls on leadership. This is to say that leadership is everything. If this is true, which is, then our leaders both past and present are to be blamed for the consistent decline in church attendance as well as in identification with Christianity.

What we need to understand

To know the exact cause of this decline, we have to understand that nobody will leave where he or she is or what he or she is doing if he or she is getting the desired result. It is when one is not getting the desired result that he or she will start thinking.of doing something else.

To get what I am saying, if you are in a particular business and business is going as expected, you will have the zeal to keep going to the business regularly, even more regular that before. You will have no need of slowing down on how you go to the business or when you go there.

But once this business stops working as expected, you will start to slow down on how you go there and when you do so. From this point, you will start thinking about the next thing you will go into.

Nothing is working in our churches any more

The reason why many people no longer go to church and those that do go do so once in a while is because nothing is working in our churches any more. This is one truth that our leaders will NEVER accept. They will rather put the blame on all of us than agree that nothing is working in our churches any more.

People are tired of laboring without profit

From week to week, month to month and year to year we are in the church doing all the things our leaders are telling us we MUST do to see the turn around we are looking for. We pray, fast, pay tithes, give offerings, sow seeds, clean the church, go to mountain, go to valley, go to water and do other stuffs like them. At the end of the whole thing, we are still the same. no measurable change.
This is what people are tired of. It is the reason why the bold ones are no more going to church and others who attend do so once in a while.

PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE TIRED OF EXPENDING THEIR TIME, MONEY AND OTHER RESOURCES IN THE CHURCH WITHOUT GETTING AN EQUAL RETURN.

Before that your church is different

Before you tell me that your church is different and is the best in the whole world and that her teaching is working for you, take a good look at how many years you have been in that church. Ask yourself how different your life is now from what used to be when you joined her, especially, financially?
Not much, right? That is the proof that what they are teaching is not working.

Parents need not complain

So many parents are complaining that their teenagers and youths no longer go to church with them. They just choose to stay at home on service days though they where born and brought up in that church. What these parents do not know is that these young guys have been watching them all the while they were kids. They were watching them to see if there will be any changes in their lives. Since there was little or no changes in their parents, despite all the years they have been in the church, they refused to continue to follow them to services. They don't want to end up like their parents.

Why more people will leave the church

Our leaders have not started lamenting yet. This is because many more people all over the world are going to leave the church and those who do continue to attend will cut down even more on how they attend. This is because our leaders will continue to blame everyone else but themselves. They will continue to address everything else but the real reason. Because this problem is not addressed, it is going to persist. Because it is going to persist, people are not going to get the result they want. Because they are not going to get the result they want, many of them are going to leave the church.

No hope for those in the church

Even those who remain in the church are not going to be any better. Even if they remain in the church forever, attending all the services, they are not going to be any better than those in the church if this problem is not solved.

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKING MILLIONS YEARLY

4. PLAN HOW YOU ARE GOING TO SELL THAT UNITES OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE:

Every great achievement  in life is brought about by planning and hard work. Now that you have decided the amount of money you want to make monthly, gotten a product or service to exchange for it and determined how many unites of that product or service you need to sell monthly, your next step is to plan how you are going to sell that number of products or services monthly.

How to do this is to get a paper and a pen, write on top of it that number of products or services you need to sell, ask yourself the steps you need to take to sell them, starting from where you are and with what you have, and write down every step that comes to your mind. You can edit, re-arrange or add to this list any time and any day.

5. WORK YOUR PLAN

A plan, no matter how wonderful it may be, will remain a plan till someone has worked it out. In this case, you are the one to work it out. If you don't, no one will do. If no one works out you plan, you will not achieve your target. If you don't achieve your target, you have only wasted your precious time planning it in the first place. So you must pull out your plan and start taking the steps you have written there. This has to be done, irrespective of how you feel or what you think.
